The El Arrayán Restaurant disclosed and shared their well kept secretive tips on how to cook amazingly well. On Tuesday June 9th, El Arrayán hosted a cooking class from 10.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. Chef Carmen Porras along with her team began by preparing breakfast and visiting local purveyors. The menu included aguachile de camarón con mango, cochinita pibil, refried black beans, and yams with dark sugar and spices.
